This website, trentvalleau.art, is operated by Trent Valleau. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Trent Valleau. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these terms.
Products
All artworks are sold as signed, numbered, limited editions. Edition sizes are final and pieces are never reprinted once an edition sells out. Colors and dimensions on screen may vary slightly from the physical print due to display calibration and printing processes. Each order ships with a certificate of authenticity.
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without prior notice. Promotional pricing (including Flash Sale) is available only for the duration shown on the site. Orders placed before a price change are honored at the price at time of purchase.
Returns & Damages
Due to the limited nature of each edition, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We review damage claims case by case and typically resolve them with store credit toward a future purchase. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, writing, and site content are the intellectual property of Trent Valleau. Purchase of a physical print grants personal display rights only — it does not transfer copyright or grant reproduction rights. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or commercial use of any artwork or site content is prohibited.
