Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All limited edition prints are carefully packaged and shipped within 3–5 business days. Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International shipping is available and may take 10–21 business days depending on the destination.

Originals and framed pieces are shipped with reinforced protective packaging and full insurance. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns

Because every piece is a signed, numbered, limited edition, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, email studio@trentvalleau.art within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the piece.

We review every case individually. Where a claim is valid, we typically offer store credit toward a future purchase. In some cases — depending on the damage, the edition, and availability — we may be able to arrange a replacement or partial resolution. We will always work with you to find a fair outcome.
